Women's All-Level Class

$45

This all-women’s boxing bootcamp is designed to highlight cardiovascular training and weight loss for any skill level.

  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Monday – Thursday
  • Individual & group training

*We recommend attending this one hour class 3-4 times a week to receive it’s full benefits.

Combination
Class

$75

per month

Open to all ages and all skill levels. Come improve your boxing skills, agility, speed, strength, confidence and discipline.

  • 4:30pm – 7:00pm
  • Monday – Thursday
  • Individual & group training

*Boxers wishing to compete, training for 2 hours a day, 3 days a week is recommended.

Parkinson's
& Autism

FREE

Provides an outlet for those with Parkinson’s or Autism to build agility and awareness while engaging in physical exercise.

  • 3:30pm – 5:00pm
  • Monday – Thursday
  • Individual & group training

*We recommend attending this class 2-3 times a week to receive it’s full benefits.

Part of being a champion is being well-rounded. At Smitty’s Mid-West boxing gym we focus on greatness both in and out of the ring. We require our students that are still in school to maintain a C+ grade average. To assist this requirement there is a computer lab in the back of the gym and tutoring services available both before and after lessons.
